When I was a kid and home sick from school I would sometimes lie on the couch and stare up at the bookshelf in the living room and mentally rearrange the letters in the book titles to become other words. I’m not sure if that was before or after I fell on my head in the basment. Probably after…..
Anyway I participated in the online forum and competition at anagrammy.com off and on from 2000 to 2004 and won a few awards. Below I have included links to the winning anagrams, the placegetters, and a small selection of literary puzzles.
In addition I hold the dubious honor of having the 19th longest anagram in the archive, weighing it at a brain-crushing 3,832 letters. This was the Citizenship Test. I was also credited for the article on The
Art of Long Angramming.
In addition some of my name anagrams are listed at the Anagram Genius archives.
