We’re used to cameras and video cameras having a timer function, but sometimes it’s useful to put the start of a sound file on a timer. Delay Sound Player let’s you do just that. It’s like having a timer function for sound file playback. The patch is simple: drag and drop your file into the square, set your delay (in milliseconds), press start.  You are now free to wander about the stage or studio!  (Requires Max/MSP, a standalone may be created if there is interest)
