Two videos were created using the candidates’ responses to each other. Amplitude (volume) was fed into an analyzer and sent to a Flash pong game created by Base42.nl.
There was no trickery involved (obviously — otherwise the candidates would have scored far more points) Patch was created with Max/MSP and Jitter as well as flosc and the Flash [...]

Input from the computer’s audio system is routed through the UDP object in Max/MSP through a Java gateway on to a Flash file:
Same as above, but with live camera tracking added from built-in webcam routed through Jitter:
